Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account gets 7 weeks with full access and no credit card. Choose a plan any time; you are first charged when the trial ends. After that a plan is needed to use the dashboard, but tracking never stops.
Why is it cheaper on my own database?
When every project in your workspace stores its data in your own MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL or ClickHouse database, you pay for the storage, so plans cost $15, $39 and $149/month instead of $19, $49 and $199. Switching storage moves your subscription to the matching price automatically.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately with pro-rated billing.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual plans include a 20% discount, saving you up to $480/year on the Scale plan.
Is there a contract required?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my event limit?
We will notify you and buffer events for 7 days so you have time to upgrade. We never drop data without warning.
